As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) w/ Yoga Alliance, Megan regularly teaches an all levels vinyasa flow class and meditation/breathwork in person, virtually and includes yoga as part of her events and retreats. With yoga and breathwork having so many health benefits to your overall body and mind, it’s no wonder clients and organizations have found so much success including this practice in their life, leading to improved posture, lower stress and anxiety levels, improving flexibility and strength, boosting their metabolism, improving sleep, and so much more.
